Private 24 Hour Turn Games?

So, I want to create a game like that, but don't really get it.

How do I give people the link so they can join, since I have to start it but then it says (Oh, you want to start with a solo person?).

And what, they expect you to not close out of the browser or something? Can't you access current games being played on your profile or something.

When you are in casual type game, you can start the game even if you alone, other players will be able to join it in different times if you didnt limited the allowing joining turn to 0. Just make sure that during the setting of the Casual game you put max of 10 turns to join the game, and ofcurse when you pick your country dont make your moves and click end turn, at that turn instead press the "Go to lobby" button and comeback later when game is half-full

Once you started Casual game, you choose your nation and 'save' it by clicking on the "Go to lobby" button without ending your turn, then come back and check it later. It will always appear at the first page of the casual games section with star at the left top corner. Also during the time you wait for the new turn to start you can make new casual games or join one, or play quick type games, duels, clan-wars,...
