Color Not Appearing in Scenario

Basically, this happens in scenarios. I have no idea what causes it, but I know it happens, and I've seen it happen to other people too. This time, it happened to me. :c

No, they showed color. Just my starting country was not showing color.

This shows up for everyone else in the scenario too i believe, it's happened to me three times, and always when the game is on hold and i am close the the end of my pick.

This happens all the time, is a conection problem, when the player reloads the game it gets fixed.
