[OPEN] Logging in with Facebook

Trying to login to my account through the Facebook icon on the homepage.

Actual behavior:
When I click on the icon, it brings me to a window saying that the app isn't set up and then redirects me back to the atwar homepage with an error.

Yes, our Facebook login is blocked, unfortunately. I will be removing it completely in the near future.

There's a long story but, suffice to say, Facebook is making unreasonable demands and I'm tired of them taking this approach where they shut us down first and ask questions later. It's been going on for a couple months now.

All users who have their atWar account login tied to Facebook will need to switch to using a normal username/password login going forward. I'll make an official announcement about this once I've had a chance to remove Facebook completely.
