Stop Duel abuse

Some mechanism should be in place to prevent a rank 10 from dueling rank 2. It is sickening to come to lobby and see such duels taking place. Again this is "competitive" arena.. There should be higher standards.

Don't underestimate lowranks, I have seen GOATS like street car put down wild dogs like me and 4nic. Their strength is in their solidarity,they are the ones who take the gamble and the risk without repercussions because they know they will lose nothing if they lose to a high rank 1500 eloer

No legitimately unique rank 6 and under could defeat someone D tiered unless they intentionally lost.

There are very few who don't farm. However, in the end...you can farm even r10s r11s r12s...

But farming little ones is sickening
