For some reason,sometimes when i click on players info,it doesn't show up.Not sure why but it could be some kind of bug.Tell me what do you think

Do you mean in-game? If so, it can be your browser blocking pop-ups, since it appears in a separated window.

Yeah in game but just when i watch a game,so the info doesn't show up :O

Are you talking about the players tab? As a spectator you cannot see it anymore until all players have picked and thefirst turn started.
