[OPEN] 1/0 Max Players?

Alright, i don't think the bug report template will be effective in explaining this so here it is:


I saw Lenine make a game that was 1/0 Max players. Weird enough right? I tried to join but it said max players reached. Here is a screenshot:

I think it is strange.

Not an illegal game edit, this is actually a bug according to Njab.

Can confirm, this is reproducible by making a private scenario duel and messing with the settings.
