Submarines....

Okay, so just a quick question about Subs.
I got the upgrade thinking it'd be a great new unit, and when I learned they had a 2 capacity, I was even more happy.
The problem is that I could not move any infantry or anything with them. I looked around the forums a bit about it, so...

Can submarines carry ONLY marines? Meaning I have to buy that upgrade as well to use their capacity?
Or, is something just not working?

Ah good question. Yes subs ONLY carry marines. You need to buy the marine upgrade to take advantage of that part of subs, but they are also decent on their own. Also note that you can buy upgrades to increase submarine capacity.

It makes sense, it's just a little limiting for the transporting part of a sub.
Also, I'm going to have to see when you can get the upgrade for increased submarine capacity. That could be quite useful.

15300 sp for +1 sub capacity.. Subs get +3 capacity ((:edit:)) naturally when using Master of Stealth strategy, f.y.i.

I have the sub capacity upgrade but I only get +3 capacity when using MoS. :/

I dont have the upgrade, i was just assuming because of +1 capacity.. so ignore my noobness.. besides, you know what they say about assumptions.
