Or does nobody ever want to rematch when you lose to them?

I personally like to beat someone once, then watch them as they scream '" remake now, omg such a noob why not re, you suck re now." that sort of a thing

But what if they ask for simple re?

I wait around for hours for duel and it's annoying when the guy who dueled you wont duel you again and you have to wait another hour.

Well, personally, playing right away with the same person can be kinda scary since he has just seen my gameplay and will probably want to try something similar as to last game to try counter it. It also kinda takes away the fun in playing multiple different people with different strategies.

It's more annoying when that guy makes his own duel and franz list you so you can't join them....

It's more annoying when that guy makes his own duel and franz list you so you can't join them....

it's even more annoying when you beat that guy and then he has to trigger you to duel you again.
