Unit attack / defense problem

I am playing a game where I am with SM strat, which gives +2 to bomber attack and -1 to bomber defense. However, a stack of 7 of my bombers shows 42 / 42 on the map...

Sadly, theses stats doesn't takes into account the strategies...
