Amok has said in the past he wanted to add construction projects to the game. My theory is they will cost multiple reinforcements in a city to build and offer special advantaged if completed.

Buildings would be awesome! Maybe one building could increase defense stats of the units garrisoned there or maybe another could even be a garrison unit like a bunker or military base.

All they have to do is make them a multi turn production that you can destroy before completion add a scout unit that's really cheap that can show you If a building is in production in a city. Edit: if they plan to add a new unit they just call buildings then burn them at the stake. That's a terrible idea.

I agree with quite a few people on this thread. It will be a pain to try to defeat players who just stack their caps with defensive buildings. The standard units are perfect IMO. Don't add anything else to them. It will just get more complicated. Devs say they don't have much time for map editor, come out with silly things like this. I cry ![]()
