Idea for some new strategies

Yes I know, the admins are not going to add a whole bunch of strategies, but they could add in one of these. Also, these are all based off of real life strategies.

Ultimate Besieger/Blockade Builder:

Stronger defence lines (+1 for Militia, +2 for Infantry) at the cost of weeker defence in cities (-1 defence for Militia and Infantry)

Wave Attack:

Stronger attack and cheaper Militia and Infantry at the cost of more expensive tanks and bombers.

Turtling:

+10 attack for every group of 10 units with the disadvantage of weaker defence.

Sounds pretty beast. Turtling may be a bit OP and wave attack sounds an awful lot like Imperialist but good ideas overall. Ultimate Besieger/Blockade Builder (?) does sound rather weak though. Maybe you could put make the strategy's attributes live up to its epic name and get extra attack for when they attack cities.
