Error during Negotiation Request - Reload?

I haven't played the game in a long time and when I planned to do so today, I selected the HTML5 version as the SL version is not supported by chrome anymore. The game doesn't even load and displays an error that "Error: Error during negotiation request. - Reload?"

Clear cache

I'm struggling with this as well. Cleared cache and history - no luck

Please make sure it's not some firewall that's blocking the traffic (need to have port 8880 open outbound). If you're on public wifi, they might be blocking all the non-standard ports.
