It is. Doesn't work in every situation though. Works in funds under 15k with a lot of city density. You need faster and cheaper marines for it to work better. It has its famous countries: Germany, Pakistan, Serbia (3/5k), some spots in Africa. Go for spawn rather than income since GW is cheap, and ALWAYS move your militia.
