Borders for horizontal Loop

Well... i got quite a big problem.
One of the continents for my map is cut through by the usual map border...
Usually, the left and the right side of the map are connected by the horizontal loop function, but creating country borders is quite a problem.

Sadly you can't move around like that in the map editor.
