The dumb neutrals of players you have defeated or a player who left that are still inside your capital still kill you. I think its unfair seeing that the player who owns these left or is defeated. Plus they are neutrals, they aren't supposed to hurt you.

At the point that other player leaves not you or any of your allies hold your capital. You must therefore re-cap. Makes sense to me.

Well neutrals count as a new player i think and when they got u capped the time of the turns they should hold ur capital goes again 2 so i think u can recap

I've never seen that happen before. As far as I have seen a cap changing from one player to neutral (player died, left, whatever) does not re-set the clock.
