Separate borders for one country?

Got a couple islands I want to class as one country. Anyone know how to border them all and create one country out of them?

Draw the borders and click the white arrow and add the countries

Ignore the sloppy border, just an example. I want to create one country with the islands I've borders. With them split up though, it doesn't seem like I can draw 3 separate borders for them

Use the white arrow to click in the middle of each island to assing them a

Assign the same country to each individual island.
