Rules section

I was kinda looking for the rules, out of curiousity. Usually u'd find them in the FAQ section, but nothing there. Searched forums, can't seem to find it. even though sific said it'd be in here somewhere.

So suggestion: add it to the FAQ section? maybe in its own tab. (Like with how Index Search New Topics.. is displayed here, just with Rules added to the FAQ section)

Im another retard and i couldnt find them.
I was playing with another guy who had 2 accounts or more in the same game but theres no rule that prohibits that.
