New overlay ideas

An income and reinf overlay for all cities, like the current detection/range/view ones, a whole image is a lot quicker and intuitive than having to manually click every single city on the map, something which in quick, you don't really have time for more than a few cities. Like the income/reinf maps of eu+ someone made, but automated for all maps.

That only gives your cities income/reinfs.

I guess it's a good idea but I don't really see the need to it, I mean you pretty much know where and how much rein you have left and the income distribution for standard maps (different story for custom maps).

Anyway yea would be cool if it was implemented.
