Looking to join a coalition.

So I'm a relatively new player, but I think I have a decent handle on how the game works. I've done alright in most of my recent games, especially on the world map. I'm looking for a more laid back group that enjoys playing casually, and has good camaraderie. I want to continue to learn and grow in the game, and I want a team who can help me do so.
