Can't upload map image

Hey guys,

I'm trying to make a new map however whenever I click Upload map Image and click enter open nothing happens. The image is 9mb, 9500x4250px. I am using safari on a macbook. Has anyone been successful in uploading map images from a mac computer? Have any other ideas?

Images bigger than 5mb are not supported

I have resized it and compressed it to 4.2 mb but it still does nothing. It is also saved as .jpg which I assume is the correct format.

go to map options in the top right corner, then click advanced, from there you click upload map image

I've followed everything in the tutorial on how to upload an image for the map however it doesn't work. Recently I also tried to upload a thumbnail for a custom unit however it still does not work. If anyone has any new ideas please let me know!

For me , i usually upload or create image using this image program.It supports to do image processing issues effectively.
There are mant third party tool for image .And most of them offer a free trial package for new users.That's help a lot.

Just so you guys know, I opened google chrome, cleared the cache and it's working now!

Moved to bugs section of forum.

I can't upload pics with safari. Use firefox.
