True Mediterranean Naval Warfare

This focuses on Naval Warfare. Made Port cities stronger at the price of land cities. New Naval units (sorry couldn't show them atm i screwed up some screenshots). The mini-nuke ; i small nuke that can only be transported on the nuclear submarine. Interesting picks for countries in scenario

Idk much about map making but I'm pretty sure you'd get better looking borders by zooming in more and making them softer. A lot softer XD. Also you know you can edit your message? No need to make multiple posts to fix XD.

I would like to see venice and Monaco added.

I like the concept but its a bit small, and yeah Venice should definitely be added, will be a very annoying country in the game for sure, if not part of Italy.
