This is going to crash and burn. Going rouge is against the rules in UN game, so you'll get banned in all maps under this "senate". Collectivizing ban list is just not going to work, sorry. If you making a collective ban list with people who own/make maps of totally different rules (RP,UN,WW2) thing will not work out.
that is where we define rogue differently, in my RP scenario most people who are rogue "wall fuck or leave" with some people who break the declare 1 turn ahead rule, but its simple to decide not to ban them in our other games. For example, Tunder3 played in the beta for this map and left turn 1 calling everyone jewfaggots, so he is banned from that game lol.

That isnt evidence, adog and tik tok being racist and bias towards others doesnt mean you can label a movement as evil. While they may have motives that are unethical towards others, they will be kept in check. For the time now this works, if what your saying (somehow) occurs then myself and others will deal with the situation
