I'm not talking only about specific setting, i said that moments ago ...i'm talking about RA in global. Otherwise we could provide an argument that RA isn't too powerful because its kinda hard to play in 3k africa.

anyways RA didn't really need the extra -10 for it to be "playable" though I can see why everyone likes it. It seems like the only nerf we could agree on would be -1 defense to tanks.
