Missing thread report

It appears someone (idk who) deleted hdrakon's mod thread which had almost 100 posts in it. Obviously this is very lame Altogether we as a community probably put in hours of our collective time into writing there and that should not get trashed because of one or two people's butthurt.

Also, I probably had around 25+ upvotes in that thread and I want to know if I still have them. I work very hard to stay ahead of Waffel in upvotes but I don't have as much free time as him so this is important.

I don't think it got moved a third time.

I am pretty sure Hdrakon himself deleted it... He was acting like a fool, I don't blame him.

Oh, that is a shame. My personal feel is that at some point along the way a thread stops belonging to its creator and starts belonging to the community. Like a work of art except with petty arguments and gifs. Anyways thanks for solving the mystery.

If you substitute 'map' for 'thread' we could probably rekindle this discussion.

I honestly thought most of you guys aren't taking it serious.
I realized that no matter how many times I or the mods asked not to derail the thread people just didn't care. Despite my questions nobody seemed to be interested to give an answers, or even enrich the thread with his opinion. Anyways sorry guys for deleting thread that was important (?).

Maybe this suggestion should be really considered to prevent another thread that is relevant to to the community being deleted:

The use of an 'archive' has been proposed. Let developers catch their breath with getting html5 polished.

Sad as it may be, i dont fully blame hdrakon. Alot of people used the thread as an excuse to take swings at him. I dont take sides but when ten people gang up against one, it doesnt feel right somehow. What can i say, atwarers really like to gangbang people. Still though, fuck you hdrakon!

It didn't bother me that people came together to attack me, the problem was that most people were simply not interested in the subjectat, at least this is how it looked. Some didn't respect the request of the thread, and others like Croat, Google Chrome, and Dbacks were trying to be liked by the new admin at my expense.

Why eould that thread even be in general discussion anyways? It should be on off topic or ideasand suggestions or some shit.

I totally agree with this point. At some point contributions to the community become the communities. Otherwise they aren't contributions at all but soemthing else. By definition a contribution can't be taken back.
