So, we finally got to make a small update in the game. #1 priority item is locking game settings. At the same time we can also implement a few other small changes - things that will take less than 2 hours. What are the small things that annoy you or small improvements that can be implemented easily? Suggest away!

This is a suggestion, not necessarily needed to be fixed. Yet, I hope admins can take it into deep consideration, or constructively discuss this for the competitiveness and fairness among clans in a long run. Thank you.

Let us select our favorite color in our profile.
Here is a good Js code for that, where you can choose colors from predefined colors (so that noone abuses it ) http://andreaslagerkvist.com/jquery/colour-picker/#jquery-plugin-example or http://www.laktek.com/2008/10/27/really-simple-color-picker-in-jquery/

In game it automatically takes that color and if the users favorite color is already taken, then it will be like now, that the user gets the first available color.

This is a very small one I guess: reduce the movement range nerf on Iron Fist strategy from -3 to -2 just like every other unit (see status). This change was firstly made to balance the strategy, but after that it also got a hp nerf.

I insist that anti-aircraft are perfect as the are. I would not recommend this change.

2 things I would like to see:

They are never used though because they are never useful. Infantry beats them in every way unless you are extremely rich and your opponent is SM. That is such a small scenario, and it rarely happens if ever.

Giving negative range to units in custom maps. That way we can have real unmovable units. (Currently one has to make them naval units with 0 range, in order to stop blitz players from moving them).

Very pleased to see this finally being addressed. The other major area of concern is the CW system( I do not know how long this will take), there are thread's like invisible's (LERIS) and even others which have stimulated quite a bit of discussion, I suggest taking a look there for viable alternatives . Thanks very much for taking the time

They are used when they are supposed to. When you have high cash and low reinforcement rate. Nothing personal with your suggestion, but I think we should make it the simplier possibe to the admins by posting wide approved suggestions by the community and the AA one you made surely didn't reach a consensus.

So let's try to not discuss in here and focus on those long waited small updates, such as the naval units being able to break land unit walls you've mentioned. Despite this is already possible by attacking the line itself, it could be changed to be more easy to the less experienced players.

Make +50 points the default amount awarded for clan wars regardless of competence, pls do this in time for next season so we dont have clans dropping comp to farm points easily.

if leris solution is easy to implement though, please do that.

Bla, the CW system has to be updated xD it atm only rewards clans with medals that improve. i suggest
removing CPs and only use competence. the clan with the highest competence wins the season. but to prevent a clan like dalmati to get all the medals after nobody is CWing in there, you should also add -0.01 competence per day or so. also make it possible to loose and gain more/less competence than 100/50

I really like that you're doing this. I honestly think you guys should fix the CW system that the points u earn are not affected by competence, like every clan gets +50 and -50!

Not sure how small this is, but I would assume it could be done as a modification of the line tool in the Cartographer: A Pen tool. Click and drag, and every so often it makes an anchor...or, it makes 1 anchor per drag, to emulate the sense of using a pen (I.E.: Hold down the mouse button, drag, and it creates an anchor every point/pica or something like that). If that's too large, I have another suggestion: A redo button. Say I accidentally fuck up and undo all of Poland three times over (Who would ever do that?), I can just redo Poland's borders and have Meehow and Grodno back. I would assume the Undo/Redo events are saved to a clipboard of some sort, and are accessed in ascending fashion as each button is pressed. When undoing/redoing something, you could also be given the option to save the borders to your clipboard or something similar, in case you overdo the undo limit.

3) Stricter moderators
4) Cooperative moderators (not to work like individuals because they are moderation team)
5) Moderators stop playing atWar and focus on moderation
6) Distance themselves from community and forum (not to get involved in flame wars, debates)
7) Start promoting atWar on the internet (and if possible in real life), advertising it on websites, blogs, game generators.
8) atWar rules and code of conduct to affect all moderators equally (no individual interpretation of rules and punishment according to personal opinion, all bind to one criteria)
9) Moderators to check games (especially those with 20 players like UN, RP, WW2) and maintain peace and order on game chat in way to prevent flame war and insult among players and teams thus making the game pleasant for all.

Hehe, hoping for no racial intentions here, but yes I agree more colors; i.e more shades of each color. For example, if in a scenario, I could have all confederacy players shades if red, and union players shades of blue (American civil war). Or on a global scale, if I wanted to make, let's say UK and it's colonies seperate players, UK wud be red, then the colonies could be a lighter shade of that red.
