Why Open Clan Wars?

I playing Clan wars but gives an error when trying to open.How do I open clan war?

Go To The Cln Wars Section In The Lobby.Then Click Create Game Hover Down To "This Game Is" Change It To Coalition War And Simply Make The Game Done
