Prevent mathdino from kicking.

I entered a ww2 game by him and he kicked me out. 8 times. then there was a bug so he made another ww2 game. he kicked me again. 8 times. another bug. creates a third ww2 game. and kickes me out 7 times. more people showed up before the bug returned. nobody should be able to kick who ever they like 25 times in 10 minutes.
