Stop banning/muting trolls

They keep the game alive...

I don't know about whom you're talking about, neither who punished that guy and for what, but I can clearly tell you that as long as they don't break rules, they won't get muted or banned.
We don't split people on trolls and non trolls, but on those who break rules and those who are not. So simple.
