A game we once loved (letter from Unleashed)

Hey. So I've been playing the game for a while now. Quietly.

By the looks of it, nobody, absolutely nobody who I used to know and play with, plays this anymore (Except for Andartes but even he is offline as I am typing this.

I think you've done me a favor, it's so peaceful playing when your name is not Unleashed.

I no longer receive a non-stop torrent of insults and trolling. I can play, I can chat, nothing ever happens.

My behaviour is exactly the same, just my name is different.

Goes to show once again I was not the problem

Goes to show for the millionth time, the mods as a whole (with 1-2 exceptions), have been complete failures in dealing with this issue, which we can all see what it has lead to:

the death of a game we once loved.

If you are reffering to our conflict, let me remind you, that you started insulting me and left WW2 (Canada), just because I tried something different (deviated from normie thinking, which was gonna win us the game), while I was using Pacific USA. My friend, I got mad at you for insulting me and leavng the game for no reason, Turn 3.


Sounds like you have some mental work to do yourself. Perhaps get some anger management + impulsivity training classes? Stefan Molyneux has some good tips on finding a therapist, look it up.


I mean, you're on my team, THE team, Legend Unleashed makes a game-winning move, and you get rude and leave? Come on now. (that was sarcasm for the autists. Whenver I spoke highly of mylself, it was sarcasm mostly, I know you take it seriously)

Chill, thank you for your support, but I can play the game at will (the problem is wanting, not being allowed to. Still working on wanting). To be fair I'm surprised this thread was not deleted.

They can not stop me.

The only thing that's different is I can't be public and organize games. Which is their/AW's loss. In the long run it's Our loss as a whole, but thankfully we have more important things than this in life.

I still remember when you first came to atwar. khal training you, I think maybe Tunder too.

To end on a positive note,

It's My advice for everyone reading this, and for myself (we preach what we need to learn the most) is this:

It's clear this is going nowhere. Spend Less time on aw, make something of your real life, work on your issues.

Usually we play so much because we try to hide from an often unpleasant reality. We say, I'll deal with that later, let me play this instead. But then we go back and it's still there. Must be faced.

We all face the same issues. Just because I'm Unleashed, doesn't mean I didn't feel fear or depression. I fixed those things or blasted through them, and you can too. We are the same (ok some people aren't but you get what I mean xD).

You wanted all fronts to jsut rush 1 on a scenario so the game could end right away , i said thats a gay move since the map balance breaks ... Then u flipped out and started cursing at me and when you realized cursing at me wouldent get me to do what u wanted u started saying i was banned from ur games, so after ur endless spaming insults and already banning me i just left. Most of us are grown ass adults or atleast the majority of us are and no one likes playing games with someone who completly losses it and goes full toxic mode everytime someone doesnt do what u want .

1)claims total expertise in ww2 when he only played 1 pick always and failed at all other picks
2)Your so called move was to have the entire western forces come help ur front even brazil , western usa etc etc and yet u as the map maker dont think that breaks the balance of the game O.o , trying to get a 17 player game filled just to have it end in like half the time it took to fill as some genius manouver cuz u cant play anything else except for germany....
3)Unleashed ur the guy who has been banned several times over the same toxic behaviour , yet somehow in ur lil mind u still continue to believe ur not the problem , that everyone else is just forcing u to be this toxic and stupid person .

Obviously theirs nothing we can do to change ur ways , you will always be the same toxic guy who never learns and will blame everyone else for his actions lol. Luckily dave has a 0 toxicity policy now running so atleast all we gotta see is these weird alts of urs .

Yeah people like unleashed are usually intolerable in the real world, or at least hide it. I feel sorry for the people around him, and for any friends if he has any (but I doubt he does, with how he acts). Hopefully he will realize the world is far more win-win than he thinks. Not everything has to be a constant fight over nothing. Living that way wears a person down.

What are u talking about i played scenarios way before ww1 even came out , i wasnt raised on that shit lmao , im from the time when 2 or 3 ww2 would fill at same time and when aetius was full on mapmaking mode helping test rome maps and learning the scenario ways. Just cuz i had fun on someones map doesnt mean they have a free pass to being one of the most toxic players in atwar.
