Main room with more players

Make beginners room only able to play from rank 0-3. And main from rank 3-20.

This is not feasible. Rank 5 minimum for main room is quite perfect. It would result in a poor experience for the beginners and a poor experience for the expert players when you decide to mix them. This should be absolute last resort and I don't think it's necessary at this stage.
