2. Also every game I see some cities have an extra troop appearing to defend them even though it wasn't reinf turn....

3. I remember some time ago (like a few months ago) i was playing 1v1 against leo and failed both milan and turin despite sending min...very suspicious behaviour.

Lastly when i start games neutrals have already expanded to the entire map despite it being turn 1 and there being only 1 initial country...very suspicious indeed.



I move for a ban on neutrals for hacking.
