Low rank tournament (Below rank 8 ie 7 or below)
Exceptions can be made for those that have up to 180 000 sp at the point of joining

Details:
1v1
Europe+ with extra cities*
Turn times to be discussed by the people in the game. If they're unable to reach a consensus, it will be four minutes.
Any strategy, all upgrades allowed and any starting pick is alright.
Games will be played in round robin or knockout format depending on how many people sign up.
The game will be played with 10k funds.
Best of three.

Rules:
No wfing in enemy territory t1
No rewalling.

To repeat things again to make them clear, the participants will play 2 matches. If there is a draw, a third match will be played to determine the winner. The winners of the first round will progress to the second round.

When you say 8 you actually mean 8 or below. Advertise it as 0-7. BTW 'low rank' is generally taken as 0-8.

Also you should consider making extra cities compulsory, you're probably losing membership because of "no extra cities" since the map is unbalanced without them. Rares option should be "None" else it gets too unfair. Premium players can be asked for help in making games.

I don't really have much of a preference, but knockout might be better than round robin because less games -> less time zone interference. I'm fine with either format, though.

Best 2 out of three elimination, can't pick the same country again?

What happens in case of a tie (both players lose on the same turn)? Is the winner decided by SP? Is the game played again?

I dislike extra cities. Why not let the 2 players decide? If we can't decide, 1 game extra, 1 without. Then if there is a final game, we can have with extra cities...

extra cities balance the game uk and turkey will are the strongest nations in non extras

Probably means that he gets a bye, or free point, which everyone will get in round robin.
