10 days ago someone used the delete account exploit on me during a duel to drop my elo to 0, since then I have PM'd the admins and also sent an email about it. I am still waiting on a reply of any description. I understand that a small group of people manage this game and would be busy maintaining / improving things most of the time, but if you are a paying customer you should at least get a reply saying they are looking into it in a 10 day time span. It gives the impression that you are being ignored especially when the admins have been online since you submitted your issue.
