Latency issues.

Anyone else suffering issues with latency when they play? It is a recent thing for me and its very frustrating. It is not lag or an internet issue, but a delay when you're opening menus, moving troops etc. It has really slowed me down and expansions i couldve managed in less than 2 mins now take me the full 4 mins and as the game progresses i struggle to complete my moves alone.

I would've put it down as a ram issue, but i've 4gbs of ram and can manage a game like dota2 just fine. That doesn't make sense although i intend to try an upgrade. I've tried clearing cache, rebooting browser, changing browsers(just tried ie opera and firefox but the same issues). Anyone got any solutions?

I have noticed that occurring for units that have a large range. I have not had it affect me when I move any regular units though.

Game is unbeliveably laggy to me. Crazy

That happens to be every now and then, i was sure it was my conection untill now.

Most of the "lag" happens when you try to drag the units out of the city, you move you cursor and the units are late by like 2 or 3 secs for me.

I have problems in large games as the system processes diplomacy. I have 4mb of ram as well.

I have problems with Lao constantly using words i have to google... "latency"

...and then i come to a site about mechanical engineering every fucking time... thanks lao!!!

I think it's more to do with your comp, happens to me too

I am having the same problem but mostly when turn is close to its end and then the following turns are laggy.

similiar,but 6 GB ram,and again i have lags like i have wooden pc.

I hardly doubt that is server location ,becuase el is in Belgium,and servers are in Netherlands.
Also I don't really have problem with lags,they happen here and there,but not often. Could it be something else ?
Browsers maybe ?

No lately it has got frustating.When I am SM and I move bombers to long ranges man it takes like 5seconds for the game to actually move the bomber.

This is a recent thing for me too, however its not just long range units. Over 3 weeks ago it was perfect. But its obviously not affecting everyone. I see people playing 1-3 min games. I wouldnt be able to handle that atm, even 4 mins isnt enough on standard 10k settings. It is really discouraging me to play.

I am experiencing more lag issues now that expand beyond what I previously mentioned

Idk what changed but my aw is back to normal, the lag is gone.
