- Be able to start with 2v2 instead of 3v3.
- Be able to talk in allychat while picking countries.

I think it's pretty feasible.

Talking in ally chat should be available everywhere in picking

Ally chat during picking is more important, but both are seriously great ways to improve competitive play.

I disagree with allowing to start with 2v2. I think CWs should be 3+ players to a side. With that said, I strongly agree that allychat is necessary while picking countries(CW or not CW).

I mean people are going to continue to 2v2 regardless it would just make their lives easier

CW is just a teamgame. 2v2 or 3v3 doesn't matter, the point of CW is to be a teamgame competitive match, if they both agree on playing 2v2, let them play it.

The need of 3 players each clan to start the game somehow discourage CWs as clans find difficulties having 3 players online at the same time. So, huge support

Support, having 2 cws at the same time can get confusing in cln chat!

Support both, I would say to even allow 1 v 1 cws. Its all upto the clans and how they want to use it.
