Hi i just referred someone and they used my link and they didn't get the bonus

They also weren't recorded as your referrals (you have none at the moment). Not sure what went wrong here, but it seems to work fine for other people... Perhaps the person you invited closed the site and then reopened it without the special link. Can you point me to the profile? Perhaps registering with Facebook might've caused the problem.

I spoke with him, and played a few games with him but he said he didnt get any bonus (we figured there was some delay)

As well, i would recommend there being a page where we can see our referrals, and how much SP they have/bonus we've gotten from them.

Good question, as i have referred 4 other people before this offer came out.

All within a week or to of this offer.

It's too much hassle for us, sorry. Besides, we have no way to know how much SP was actually earned by that person during the first week.

Can that be fixed?

Ask your friend to abandon his account and to create new one with your link, he probably didn't gathered a lot of points yet, so he will not lose much

I think he wants to keep the username he had thou...

Check the "Invited" tab of your profile, and it will give you a referral link. In case you're too lazy to do that, here it is:

The website URL, slash, "r" (stands for referral, I guess?), slash, then your player number.
Have your friend go to the website by that link, and then sign up.
