Since standard unit ideas and ideas for new strategies are sequestered into their own specific threads, I figured why not the same for people who want to suggest new upgrades?

I was thinking of Faster Militia and Faster Tanks to go with the Faster Marines, Infantry, Subs, Destroyers options. Also to open up the Expendable [ X ] upgrades to more units, at a much higher sp cost than the cheaper units of course.

Finally a unique upgrade that I think would interesting is Industrious General: Unit costs are reduced by 10 for troops produced in the city the general is in. Weekly maintenance cost would stay the same to keep it unique from General: Cost.

What do you'll think? and do you have any upgrades of your own you'd like to see?

Stealth defensive lines? So if an army tries to go past it, it'll seem like they do on normal turn planning and what not, but when the moves go forward, they'll end up attacking the defensive line.

I would've said that the stealth defenders should be subjected to a defensive penalty, however, they already suck at def... so I'm not sure..... It's just that if this is implemented (as an upgrade) it:

i) should be available to all (general public, not just prems), and for relatively low SP cost (so newbies and noobs don't end up whining)
ii) will definitely be overused... So honestly, there should be some excessive expense when using stealth units as such.

I'm sorry but that is not a good idea, it's smart but not a very good thing to do because people would wf so many times with stealth defence walls.

It'd be great to have some tank upgrades to make RA useful.
The general: detection range idea sounds good and the general: stealth idea sounds awesome, it'd be nice to be able to put your general in a stealth stack without it becoming visible.

Nah, there are custom maps/scenarios for that. I think it's better if the default game units remain as they are, as I feel like ithey're pretty balanced at the moment.

Militia upgrades would make allot of strats very op, such as ra , pd, gw, etc...
Cheap militia and fast militia would just destroy, 20 $ gw mili with almost pd inf range is insane
