Terror Attack at Nice, France.

Last night more than 80 people were murdered, and more than 100 injured during Bastille celebration in Nice, France, in a terrorist attack conducted by a devoted Muslim. It looks like it's not going to be the last time that's going to happen in France or at another European country for that matter.
What steps should Europe do to reduce these increasing incidents of terror attacks in their soil? There is no doubt that something have to be done to stop it.
