2nd Multi Skill Death Match [Finished]

Last hosted in 2015 by Skills and won by Stryko (https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=20055), this tourney involves being given a random country and strategy and battling it out in a FFA from there, for example DS Iraq or NC Brazil. Previously it was done on the regular EU+ map but this time it will take place on the World Map. Since it is impossible to arrange 20 people at the same time with their corresponding picks and strats it will have to take place in Casual.

• General rules apply, no T1 WF's, Rewalls, Serbwalls, etc.
  
• Please only sign up if you have time to play and can remember to do your casual turns
  
• Rank 8+
  
• No attacking neutrals Turn 1 since you won't know who's joining where, just wall your cap
  
• Use the Country and Strategy selected for you, if you do not confirm this with me you'll be kicked from the game

How will you randomize the strats + country combo? Seems difficult with all the countries in world map D:

Well i'll probably try to pick a proportionate number of countries from each continent, i dont think i will use any picks that are too troll, but rather give decent picks given that you might have a bad strat. With strats i havent yet decided what to do, was planning on doing them randomly for each country, so yeah you might get something terrible like IF angola... I am open to suggestions though.

Perhaps you could do that every country should atleast have one city with 7/8 reinf in it. Would kind of balance the potential country picks throughout the whole map.

For the strategies i'd say that you should probably do some random generator, where you first choose between the continents, then the available countries (with 7/8 reinfs) in the continent, and then all the strategies.
Of course this could be a problem if you have 7 players in South america or North America, so i'd say to put them together as 1 continent, and probably oceania with asia together.

How are secret alliances/peace treaties going to be dealt with?
In one of Meester's hosted casual game tournament this was a problem and reason for it being canceled. Chances are it will be a problem in this game as well.

Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot I can do about it, just name and shame them I guess. How you interpret peacing someone could be viewed as strategically leaving someone alive to fight another player on your flank. If its really obvious I'll intervene and kick.
