There is both a referendum and parlamentaries to decide on actions..but most of the time the prime minister(if he agrees with the parlamentaries) can make constitution chages IF he gets mandate from the president..
Idk why he would need that since the prime minister is kind of above the president.
It is neo-democracy,they allow coalitions between parties so anyone can win them if they plan on doing so.
It has happened now 2 parties that had a minority (social democratis and an albanian party) to do coalition to and get a very very thin majority...
And what ends up happening is they start singing albanian hymn in parlament

They are not socialists, they are foreign agents, usually nationals that report directly to Washington and in some cases, London and Berlin. Albania is being used by these powers to serve their interests by creating instability in the region, thats not new.

Albania ditched communism pretty fast, it is 100% controlled by the West, a relationship that benefits both parties honestly, because Albania got funding, protection, modernization and even lands from this relationship. The thing is there used to be great "Albanian" heroes that gave their life to protect Balkans from the Ottoman intruders, but they got fucked by history. What we call Albania today, isnt even a real country with dinstinct people and history, in essence, they are just Slavic people that accepted the Ottoman way of life.

Yes the nationalism is extreme, very typical of an underdeveloped, made-up country thats being used by the bigger powers. When i said lands, i meant Kosovo, a part of Serbia that Albania stole with the help of American led NATO and offcourse theres more to see. Northern Greece and Macedonia are next on Albania's wishlist, again with the blessings of USA.

Kosovo War was useless, Kosovo today has became poorer, dependent on economic aid, and an important number of their citizens are fleeing to get a better life, i would prefere Kosovo as Serbian province rather than an underdeveloped, poor and unstable country like it's today.
About Northern Greece and Macedonia I don't know but it seems that Greece is too big to be eaten and Macedonia is a small country so it can be easily influenced by other bigger countries.

Why wouldn't you support a native people in their country? Serbs are natives in Bosnia just like Macedonians are native in Macedonia. Also, migrants have to obey the laws of the country they are in, what's wrong with that?

its already a recognized minority language and its almost like its official in the north-west part where the Kosovo migrants came from in 1999...

In Romania there is the same.
Social Democrats got the majority of seats in Parliament at last election.
But, I think that in order for their law projects to pass faster in Parliament they did a parliamentary union with the Union of Hungarians from Romania who got some seats too at last elections.
Also, Socials Democrats formed a governmental alliance with the Alliance of Democrats and Liberals. I guess, because these fellas have among their ranks ppl experienced in governing, who held positions be4.
So its not something you see only in Macedonia.

However, here we got an ok oposition. It is consisted of the National Liberals and of Union Save Romania. But I think these 2 didn't unite in their opposition so opposition is pretty divided.

Serbs and croats aren't native and those people are serbized and croatized Bosniak catholics and Bosniak orthodox christians + Vlachs that are settled therer (thanks ottoman empire), there was whole guide on how that process should go written in book called "Načertanije" (guide for future generations, something like that) . It's written by Ilija Grašanin and some other, less important guys in 1844., it's first talk of "great serbia" process how they should take lands from Bosnia (+ herzegovina), Montenegro and north Albania (Kosovo and some other northern parts), and there is special paragraph in there that goes "In Bosnia lives Bosniaks of catholic's faith, of Muhammedan's faith and of our faith. We should by our ministers and propaganda make Bosniaks of our faith claim and express themselves as Serbs, Croats are already trying Croatization of Bosniak catholics, and if we don't take chance now, we might never have new again"

While Bosniaks of today are mostly muslim, they weren't in the past.Many of them preferred paganism and Bogumilism (dear to god [to distance themselves from church])

He also doesn't address Bosniaks not having right to declare themselves as such in Yugoslavia, nor killing and imprisonment of major Bosniak politicians who wanted rights for Bosniaks. While Bosniaks do share same religion with Turks, we certainly are not Turks.

About Bosnian language, it's enough to say that Bosnian-turkish dictionary, and Bosnian-arabic dictionary is older than first serbian (language) dictionary and that Vuk Karadžić as proper pronunciation took Bosnian way of pronouncing (ijekavica) and not as modern serbs use (ekavica)
