Wouldn't it be cool if the host could choose the number of turns that it takes to receive new troops?
Let me explain:It takes 3 turns to be able to buy new troops,but what if the host could change this?
I am pretty sure that the High Ranks would love to play a hard game where you only receive troops in 4,5... turns.(5 seems to be insane to me,but 4,not that much)
However,The host will not be able to choose 1 or 2,otherwise the game'll get quite easy.
So,it's basically like this:You can choose between 3 or 4 turns to get new troops.

On 1 hand it sounds interesting.
On the other, it could get not just confusing (trying to remember for every game which turn is reinf week without checking settings menu will be a pain), but the option to change the settings would be most likely available only for premiums. Which means you won't be able to use your own setting proposal. Also, it'll be a lot of unnecessary and time consuming coding for Ivan and Amok who are already overworked and overdue on the map editor. So yeah.
The cons outweigh the pros so I'll say no.

Anything lower and you'd go broke pretty quick. Higher, and your troops would just be sitting there in 1s and 2s across your territory waiting for reinfs that are never coming. In Europe Turley will be pretty well off, but Ukraine ends up using all its reinfs by turn 3. It'd be screwed in a longer reinfs turn game.

Still won't work. At least in early turns. And in later turns, being forced to use up nearly all your reinfs will leave you with empty pockets soon enough. Although it might encourage GW on a world scale.
Noobs don't know how to handle a budget. They'd screw up so bad in these type of games...

We dont want people farming thousands of sp in just a dozen turns.

If this idea was to be implemented then reinf has to at least be every four turn or put a sp multiplier for lower turn.

Even with that, it makes no sense to apply this change. Make game more complicated just to 1 guy feel satisfied? No.
