I'm quitting

I'm tired of this cancer community, every one out of two duels i play there is some form of dirty play involved.
More than half of the clans have at least some stigma of 'be careful when you play them' and almost every clan has had some history of dirty play, little or not.

I'm going full darth mode, won't be going for any trophies anymore.

The game has potential, but at the rate we're going the community does not. There are too many people who'd do anything just for elo / sp, if I really wanted to fight over a number (instead over reputation, skill or other things that are more important), I'd really do that over money.

I don't believe that I am top tier, but at least I have achieved what i could in the 9 months since i became competitive, which is enough for me to retire.


EDIT: Every time someone plays dirty on me, people will inform me that they've done it countless times, but for some reason no one bothers to do shit.

Also, the game really is luck based. In an earlier duel against fada i tbed his gen to cap him. The next turn my wf went in, before i managed to tb his gen again next turn preventing re. Not to mention the retarded rolls with huge variations here. I really have to overkill things hard to get a reliable win on them.

Inactive admins, et cetera. I won't repeat the usual rant because everyone here has heard it before.

Sad to read but nothing new. The competitive community has been dying a slow death for quite some time. There's too many issues there to attract and keep new players playing for a new generation to thrive. No new players with any talent will stick around for long. Its just us old timers reappearing and playing for periods to relive the golden days.

I stopped cwing long time ago, not worth it until it is developed. Maps/scenarios are best for now, lots of variety and choices (speaking about quality ones of course).

I hope that one out of two duels statistic is an exaggeration lol

and no, if the game was so luck based, it would be odd to see the good players continuously winning

I mean that luck can win an entire game, if you're lucky enough.
In most games, even at the worst case scenario luck will give an advantage, not the entire game.

cwing is enjoyable, but it really loses its fun when people start breaking rules that are there for a reason
