I for one hate having to make an extra scroll on my mouse wheel...0.307 seconds of my life wasted.

I agree. I don't think the international forums are even needed till there are a larger language base of a second and 3rd language.

However, if you must keep it, moving it below Off Topic would be helpful and more useful than the current format.

I would even say to go further. Instead of having the useless language forums clutter the forum, just put them into sub-forums and everything will be fine. A result like this, would be the best option. Combine the international forums, and move them under Off Topic.
