A "Affected by strategies?" option

I want to make certain units not affected by strats. Examples include 0 range units that with a strat (I forget which) get +2 range. Just a simple checkbox would be good.

Utah there is already a solution to your problem. Basically you dont want your units to get +3 range with blitzkrieg for example. Easy, instead of making your units to have range of 0 you can use -3 of range. Edit: nvm, Coastal Battery (One of the default rare units) have -5 range and for that reason i thought that it was possible to add that to your units, but it seems that no.
