Whats happens with counter of maps?

I have a map, yesterday he was played 829 times, and today was played 691 times?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am curious about this, as well - my world map clone still shows only 1 play, but I have 4 confirmed plays on this map (completed games). What's up with the counter?

If you play the scenario you will get both; Scenario and Map Plays
If you play the map, you will only get Map Plays
