But you probably want to look at the following improvements:
- reinf in london
- no troop unused (like those 6 in tyneside)

I am used to mix the glasgow troops with the birminghan ones, so they have range. Also wall london with 1 plymounth and 2 tyneside, if I wall birminghan then I'd use glasgow reinfs and the troops left in tyneside.
