Not possible.

And yes, hacking does exist. Although I'd say that person just used a game bug (which is different from hacking). Hacking is very rare in this game.

Your report could'be legitimate if you take screenshots of the player in question doing it. Take it at the overview phase, before starting the turn.

Cause the guy went straight to it

Screenshots.... otherwise nothing can be done. I would suggest you to join his games and act like if you are his ally or something..

Perhaps he wasnt SM, i know blitz can reach because I have tested it. Or perhaps he did use a transport and it was possible that it was destroyed in the battle, this is possible. It's unlikely he was hacking.

Sky Menace + both air transport capacity upgrade can carry 6 troops in airplane.

Did you checked the city in search for a transport though? sometimes they doesn't leave it open in the land....

I don't know about now, but I seen a friend show me a hack that did exactly that. I think Amok patched up the hole that allowed him to do that particular hack. But... as we all know, there is no perfect system.

Shit like this is getting more and more frequent, units randomly not attacking, not moving, walls failing even doe not attacked (not talking about failed walling, but after they were up for few turns they just fail......bla), general dies in middle of the battle etc,people moving militia on IF etc........

This game is very hack-able

There are exploits, but we've never encountered outright "hacking". There's a big difference between the two.
