Will Stats/SP/Upgrades be reset?

Hello everyone,

Will people be able to keep their stats and SP after the game passes the BETA phase?

This post by Ivan made me worry, but its not quite clear.

Stats and SP won't be reset. Ever. That would've been quite a dickish move from us. All bought upgrades will likely be refunded, but you can immediately buy them all back.
