I saw in a game a legionnaire our something like that. It said it cost 150 but I couldn't buy it! How much is the upgrade.

He's probably on about some scenario... and one that probably didn't have a pic to go with it so I'll assume he is not trolling or is very,very stupid and that he simply didn't realise that it was not a normal game. Can happen.
