First off, love the name. And second, idk if it is practical but a gotham city map? Like you can base the streets off NYC and make it have a few large buildings as caps.

I want to discuss the Umbrella Corp scenario here but if you want to go ahead with a gotham city map you're welcomed to ask me for some help. Maybe after this scen is finished I can work on some others.

Since it is a UN I would suggest deleting it

UN should not kill rogues, but contain them if other nations fail to do it.
